Save the Date: Berklee Beantown Jazz Festival-Sept. 15-25

Berklee College of Music and Target present the 10th Annual Berklee Beantown Jazz Festival, traditionally drawing in visitors from all over New England to experience performances from 30 acts at various Boston and area venues, during a span of 10 full days. This year's Boston Jazz Festival will pay tribute to the music and culture of New Orleans, post Hurricanes Katrina and Rita.

The Berklee Beantown Jazz Festival will take place from September 15th-25th and will feature a collection of local acts as well as artists who have achieved international recognition. Prices will vary by show; some will be free. Additionally, on the final day, Saturday, September 25th, the festival will take over six blocks in Boston's South End neighborhood from Noon to 6pm for a free outdoor festival, which will be suitable for all ages.
