Nassim Nicholas Taleb, Author, Professor and Expert on Randomness, Probability and Luck, will discuss "The Black Swan: The Impact of the Highly Improbable", his new to paperback bestseller. According to Nassim Nicholas Taleb, Black Swans exist in many places in our society and have a great impact on the world and our individual lives. Google and the 9/11 Disaster are examples of Black Swans. This author event will take place at First Parish Church in Harvard Square. Seating is limited so purchase your $5 ticket in advance if you are able.
